Honey Roast Parsnips

This recipe serves one but can be easily multiplied up to suit as many as you need

Honey Roast Parsnips

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 large parsnip
1 tsp honey

Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 180 celcius.
2. Peel and chop the parsnip into 1 inch batons and place in an oven dish.

3. Drizzle the honey over the parsnips.

4. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
