Rosie from Rosie Bakes a Peace of Cake joins us from England with a recipe she had bookmarked for 20 years!!!!! Mrs Bray's Apple Cake from Wadebridge was bookmarked in Favourite Cornish Recipes by June Kittow. This looks fantastic to me, I love apple cakes!
Giz from Equal Opportunity Kitchen has made Sea Bass with lemon butter and caper dill sauce that had been bookmarked from Kevin at Closet Cooking. Like Giz, I'm also trying to get more fish in my diet so i may just have to try this sometime myself!
Happy cook from My Kitchen Treasures recreated a dish by Peter at Kalofagas: Walnut Cake which was apparently loved by all and I'm certainly loving the look of it! Send me a slice!!!
